THE CREATE, AUTOMATE & SCALE BUNDLE

Contributor Agreement

Bundle Host: Sophie Riley | The VIP Hub (theviphub.ca) Bundle: The Create, Automate & Scale Bundle Promotion Period: September 1-7, 2026

This Agreement confirms the terms between The VIP Hub ("Host") and the undersigned contributor ("Contributor") for participation in The Get Clients NOW Bundle.

1. CONTRIBUTION

1.1 Contributor agrees to submit one (1) original resource ("Contribution") to be offered free of charge to bundle subscribers. The Contribution must be a resource Contributor normally sells or otherwise gates behind an opt-in, payment, or application.

1.2 The Contribution must be submitted by August 15th. Contributions submitted after this date may be excluded from the bundle at Host's discretion.

1.3 Contributor confirms they own all rights to the Contribution, or have full permission to distribute it, and that it does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property.

1.4 Contributor is solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, and delivery of their Contribution. Host is not responsible for the content of any individual Contribution.

2. ELIGIBILITY & ENTRY

2.1 Contributor confirms they meet ONE of the following:

• An active email list of 3,000 or more engaged subscribers, OR

• Payment of a $7 CAD entry fee, which will be applied directly toward paid advertising for the bundle's promotion.

3. PROMOTION REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Minimum requirement: Contributor agrees to send a minimum of one (1) dedicated email to their list during the Promotion Period (September 1-7, 2026) promoting the bundle and driving subscribers to opt in.

3.2 Recommended: Contributors are strongly encouraged to send two (2) emails during the Promotion Period to maximize reach for themselves and all participating contributors.

3.3 In addition to email, Contributors are encouraged (but not required) to promote via social media, stories, or other channels they have available.

5. TIMELINE

6. BRANDING & REPRESENTATION

6.1 Contributor grants Host permission to use their name, brand, headshot/logo, and Contribution title/description in bundle marketing materials, the bundle landing page, and promotional emails.

6.2 Host grants Contributor permission to use official "Get Clients NOW Bundle" branding and messaging solely for the purpose of promoting the bundle during the Promotion Period.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Host makes no guarantee regarding the number of leads, subscribers, or sales any individual Contributor will receive as a result of participating in the bundle. Results depend on multiple factors including but not limited to Contributor's own promotion efforts, list engagement, and offer positioning.

8. TERM & TERMINATION

8.1 This Agreement is effective upon submission of Contributor's application and continues through the end of the Promotion Period and any associated follow-up obligations.

8.2 Host reserves the right to remove any Contributor from the bundle prior to launch if their Contribution, conduct, or brand is determined to be a poor fit, misleading, or in violation of this Agreement.

9. AGREEMENT

By checking the box, Contributor confirms they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Contributor Agreement.
