[Checklist] Mission 01 ➡️ Bundle

[Checklist] Mission 01 ➡️ Bundle

September 01, 2026•3 min read

Everything you need to launch your first bundle, in order, across 5 weeks minimum. Tick it off as you go, and remember: done beats perfect.

You can access an easy printable from google doc here

Week 1: Build your bundle

Make your decisions (minutes, not days)

  • Make a copy of the decisions doc

  • Pick your bundle theme and who it's for

  • Name your bundle (you can tweak it later)

  • Choose your dates: open date, close date and closing time

  • Decide how many experts you want (then multiply by 5 for invites)

  • Decide your own gift

Create your funnel

  • Look at the 3 example pages: opt-in, gift page, "oh no, you missed it"

  • VIP Hub member? Email [email protected] to get the template added to your account

  • Build (or import) your opt-in page

  • Write down everything your pages need from each expert

Create your Expert Form

  • Copy and customize the Expert Agreement

  • Copy the form questions doc and update the questions

  • Build your form (VIP Hub video or Google Forms video)

  • Copy and fill in the "everything experts need to know" doc

  • Test the form yourself, start to finish

Set up your expert automation

  • Copy the Expert "You're IN" email and fill in the brackets

  • Set it to send automatically when someone submits your form

  • Test it with your own email

Weeks 2–3: Invite your experts and build

Invite your experts (want 20? invite 100)

  • Use the invite calculator to set your number

  • List everyone you could invite in the contributor tracker

  • Send your invites, about 10 every weekday

  • Follow up once with anyone who hasn't replied

  • Close invites when you hit your number (or the end of week 3)

Build as they say yes

  • Add each expert's gift, bio and headshot to your opt-in page

  • Build your gift page

  • Build your "oh no, you missed it" page

  • Write your 4 subscriber emails from the template: You're IN, Grab your gifts, 24 hours left, 5 hours left

  • Set up the delivery automation: sign-up → You're IN email

  • Create your bundle mockup and graphics

  • Write the swipe copy and captions your experts will share

Week 4: Send promo materials and test everything

Send the promo kit

  • Write your expert promo email (links, dates, swipe copy, graphics)

  • Send it to every expert on your promo kit date

  • Share the promo calendar so everyone knows when to post

  • Answer expert questions within a day

Test everything (with a fresh email address)

  • Sign up on your opt-in page

  • Get the You're IN email, with the right link inside

  • Click every gift link on the gift page

  • Check every page on your phone

  • Schedule emails 2, 3 and 4 against your close date and time

  • Set the gift page to redirect to "oh no, you missed it" when the bundle closes

Week 5: Bundle week

  • Open day: send the doors-open reminder to your experts

  • Share the bundle with your own list and on social

  • Day 2: "Grab your gifts" goes out

  • Check sign-ups daily and cheer on experts who share

  • Reply to subscriber questions and tech hiccups the same day

  • 24 hours before close: "24 hours left" goes out

  • 5 hours before close: "5 hours left" goes out

  • Close: confirm the gift page now redirects to "oh no, you missed it"

After the bundle

  • Send every expert a thank-you with the final sign-up count

  • Welcome your new subscribers into your regular emails

  • Record your results: reach, clicks, sign-ups, and who shared

  • Compare them to your prediction from the sign-up predictor

  • Save everything you made into your Bundle SOP

  • Write down one thing to add next time (now you're ready for it)

  • Celebrate. You launched a bundle!
